Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue, profitability, customer growth, and brand positioning . Translate fashion trends, customer insights, and market developments into commercially viable product and sales opportunities . Oversee sales, inventory, pricing, merchandising, production/procurement, and operational performance to ensure business targets are achieved. Monitor sales performance, product margins, stock movement, cash flow, and key business KPIs , providing actionable recommendations to management. Work closely with designers, production teams, suppliers, sales, and marketing to ensure products are delivered on time, at the right quality, price, and quantity . Identify opportunities for new product lines, collaborations, distribution channels, retail expansion, and other revenue streams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, wholesale/retail partners, and other strategic stakeholders .
