The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing funds from individuals and corporate clients, promoting investment products, and building strong investor relationships. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-driven Investment Funds and Mobilisation Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Funds Mobilization & Business Development: Execute cold calling, warm calling, and client acquisition strategies. Drive continuous growth of the client base and investment portfolio Mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients to meet liquidity needs Identify and develop new markets and funding sources Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors Manage client portfolios to ensure retention and repeat investments Provide tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs. Investment & Portfolio Support: Ensure diversification of funding sources to reduce risk Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions Recommend profitable investment opportunities for excess liquidity Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making. Provide regular updates on fund mobilization performance Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage. Proven track record in fund mobilization, client acquisition, and treasury product sales 3 – 7 years of must have experience: in treasury or Investment Experience: with cold calling, business development, and client retention.
