Key Responsibilities: Verify that only authorized vehicles receive products. Monitor product contamination risks during storage and transportation. Verify delivery completion and customer acknowledgements. Supervise truck loading and product discharge operations to ensure accuracy. Verify loading tickets, waybills, delivery notes, and other shipping documents. Report any quality deviations immediately. Monitor the receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch of petroleum products. Monitor truck arrivals and departures. Ensure seals, compartment integrity, and product documentation are properly verified. Document product losses, spillages, contamination, or operational incidents. Monitor product losses and shrinkage. Report suspected product diversion, theft, or unauthorized product movement. Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, gains, or losses. Conduct daily stock monitoring and reconciliation. Maintain proper operational documentation for compliance purposes. Conduct depot, warehouse, and customer site inspections. Maintain accurate records of product receipts, transfers, and dispatches. Coordinate product sampling and testing where required. Support regulatory inspections and internal audits. Maintain product movement logs and reconciliation records. Prepare operational and exception reports. Identify unusual stock variances. Ensure all loading and discharge activities comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Recommend corrective actions to minimize operational losses. Follow up on delayed deliveries and unresolved operational issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a related discipline. Experience: in petroleum product loading, stock reconciliation, and distribution monitoring is preferred. 2–4 years of experience: in downstream oil and gas operations, depot operations, petroleum logistics, inventory control, or product monitoring. Relevant certifications in Oil & Gas Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Health & Safety are an added advantage.
