We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory Officer Location: Sagamu, Ogun Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Growth Lead will own the design and execution of scalable growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships, and revenue optimization. This role requires a strategic operator who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience: scaling products, marketplaces, mobility platforms, fintech products, or high-growth consumer businesses in emerging markets. Key Responsibilities: Carry out any other task assigned. Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies. Monitor reorder level and determine reorder quantity of stock items by evaluating and analyzing internal customers request patterns. Raising of requests on Odoo for purchase of parts and other items used by the fleet/refurbishment team. Weekly review of stock level & initiation for replenishment on Odoo to maintain optimal and timely availability of stocks. Issuance of engine oil for maintenance, and documentation on ERP platform and the relevant sheet Analyze and monitor request trends to identify fast moving and slow moving stock. This will help avoid tying down funds. Receiving of new stocks and proper stock taking both physically and on the ERP platform and the relevant sheet Issuance of parts to refurbishment team and proper documentation of parts issued out Requirements: Experience: working with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytics tools. MBA or relevant certifications is an advantage. 2-3+ years experience: in mechanical, technical, fleet operational and inventory roles Minimum of an HND / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any relevant fields Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace. Good Maths SkillsCritical and analytical thinking. Experience: in startups, mobility, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, or tech-enabled businesses is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
