Key Responsibilities: Support resource planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring. Promote project planning best practices and continuous improvement. Prepare project forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards. Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths. Track project KPIs and ensure accurate reporting. Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely delivery of project schedules. Successful mitigation of scheduling risks. Timely submission of project reports. Effective resource utilization. Schedule accuracy and milestone achievement. Job Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project planning or scheduling experience: in engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial projects. Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
