Key Responsibitlies Prepare investment proposals, subscription documentation and client reports. Meet and exceed individual AUM targets. Conduct investor suitability assessments and ensure recommendations align with clients' financial objectives and risk appetite. Acquire and manage relationships with high-net-worth and mass-affluent investors. Build and grow a personal AUM book through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and relationship management. Present and explain investment products, including risks, tenors, returns and applicable regulatory protections. Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance requirements: are met before investments are activated. Manage the sales pipeline and accurately record client interactions and transactions on the CRM. Maintain proactive communication with investors, including maturity notices, reinvestment opportunities and relevant market updates. Requirements: Strong understanding of Nigerian capital markets, fixed income products and the SEC regulatory framework. Proven track record of building and managing investor/client relationships and achieving commercial targets. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years relevant experience: in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory or a client-facing financial services role in Nigeria. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools. High level of integrity and commitment to acting in the client's best interest.
