Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address complaints and concerns. Ensure guest feedback is properly documented, reviewed, and acted upon. Build strong relationships with regular guests and promote customer retention. Ensure the restaurant and bar consistently deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience. Team Leadership and Staff Management: Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team members are adequately informed of daily operational requirements. Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to employees. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of outlet staff where required. Ensure responsible and accurate handling of beverages and other outlet products. Work with the kitchen and procurement teams to minimize waste and improve operational efficiency. Monitor menu availability and coordinate with the kitchen and relevant departments to ensure operational readiness. Ensure proper handling, storage, and service of food and beverages. Ensure food and beverage service is delivered in accordance with approved standards. Financial and Cost Management: Report any financial discrepancies or irregularities promptly. Ensure all financial and operational records are accurate and properly maintained. Review sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue. Monitor daily sales, revenue, and outlet performance. Support budget preparation and monitor operational expenses. Ensure proper handling and accountability for cash, POS transactions, and other forms of payment. Monitor stock usage and work with relevant departments to minimize wastage, pilferage, and losses. Inventory and Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts. Monitor wastage, breakages, spoilage, and variances. Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of stock movement. Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate availability of operational supplies. Coordinate with the procurement and stores teams to ensure timely replenishment. Ensure proper storage and handling of all supplies and equipment. Reporting and Administration: Monitor and report on sales, customer feedback, staff performance, operational challenges, and other relevant metrics.
