The successful candidate will ensure excellence in teaching, learning, staff development, enrolment growth, and community engagement while maintaining the school's Christian values and standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Administration: Oversee day-to-day school operations. Develop and implement policies that align with the school's mission and vision. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Supervise teachers, caregivers, and administrative personnel. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school. Academic Management: Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.Human Resource Management Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback. Introduce innovative teaching methods and learning strategies. Monitor teaching quality and pupils' academic performance. Ensure the effective delivery of the early years and primary school curriculum. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and staff development. School Development and Growth: Strengthen relationships with parents and members of the community. Develop and implement strategies to increase pupil enrolment. A minimum of five to seven years of leadership experience: within the early years and primary education: sector. Proven ability to increase enrolment and improve school performance. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and organisational abilities. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education.
