Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidate information and materials. Ensure strict adherence to assessment guidelines and ethical standards. Prepare independent moderation and evaluation reports after each assessment cycle. Identify and report any inconsistencies or bias in the assessment process. Review and validate assessment instruments (tests, rubrics, interview guides) prior to use. Provide professional feedback to improve assessment quality and reliability.
