Key Objectives Partner with management to deliver a seamless HR experience: aligned with strategic business goals. Build and manage robust HR structures to meet evolving organizational needs. Coordinate multi-location HR operations while fostering continuous learning, diversity, and workplace innovation. Core Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Performance Management: Manage employee appraisal systems, set KPIs, and drive performance evaluation cycles. Training & Development: Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted learning programs to upskill teams. Employee Relations & Talent Management: Drive employee engagement, resolve workplace issues, and lead retention strategies. Health & Safety Management: Implement and oversee workplace health, safety, and occupational environment protocols. Payroll Management: Direct accurate monthly payroll processing, benefits: administration, and compensation management. Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all company HR policies and practices strictly adhere to Nigerian Labour Laws. HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day office administration, documentation, and operational support. HR Data & Analytics: Maintain precise employee records, manage HR databases, and generate metrics for leadership.
