We are looking for energetic and results-driven FMCG Merchandisers to support our growing Sales team across selected locations in Abuja. Each Merchandiser will be responsible for managing assigned outlets, ensuring product availability and visibility, monitoring stock, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's outlet network. Key Responsibilities: Ensure our products are available and properly displayed. •Work towards assigned outlet coverage and sales KPIs. Monitor stock levels and identify outlets requiring replenishment. Monitor competitor activity and market conditions. Gather relevant market and outlet information. Identify and onboard new outlets within your territory. Support sales activities within assigned locations. Submit accurate daily/weekly activity and outlet reports. Visit and manage assigned retail outlets within your designated location. Build relationships with outlet owners and managers. Requirements: Must reside within or have easy access to the assigned location. Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field. Previous experience: in FMCG merchandising, sales, field sales or related roles is an advantage. Ability to meet and exceed sales volume target. Must be organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
