The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for creating a warm and professional client experience: while efficiently managing appointments, enquiries, payments, and general front-desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Process client payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Follow up with clients when necessary regarding appointments and services. Ensure that salon policies and customer service standards are consistently followed. Answer calls, respond to client enquiries, and provide accurate information about salon services. Support daily administrative and operational activities at the front desk. Manage client appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. Manage walk-in clients and coordinate their appointments with the appropriate beauty professionals. Maintain accurate client and appointment records. Handle client complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate effectively with stylists, nail technicians, braiders, and other salon staff. Welcome and attend to clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. Promote salon services and recommend suitable services to clients where appropriate. Requirements: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional, friendly, and well-presented. Basic knowledge of salon services and operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle client information professionally. Previous experience: working as a front desk/receptionist in a salon is REQUIRED. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous hospitality or customer service experience: is REQUIRED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills and familiarity with appointment or booking systems is an advantage. Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience: is preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy salon environment.
