Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, corporate PR, networking, and industry events) to generate high-quality leads for turnkey projects. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with property developers, investors, facilitators and corporate clients throughout the project lifecycle. Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and real estate/construction market dynamics to identify profitable niches for our turnkey services. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage marketing and sales personnel, fostering collaboration with project development and design teams to ensure seamless client handoffs.
