Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, taxation, audits, internal controls, risk management, and statutory compliance while ensuring adherence to applicable financial and telecommunications regulations Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and financial performance management Provide strategic financial insights to executive management and the Board, including financial modelling, investment analysis, business performance reviews, and recommendations on major commercial decisions Lead treasury, cash flow, working capital, funding, investment, and banking activities while ensuring adequate liquidity to support operational and expansion requirements: Lead and develop the finance function while partnering with commercial, technical, and operational teams to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance Requirements: Minimum of 15–20 years' progressive finance experience, including significant experience: in senior financial leadership positions Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CIMA, or equivalent is mandatory Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury, budgeting, financial modelling, corporate finance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and executive stakeholder management.
