Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, journals, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Manage accounts payable and receivable (corporate and project-level) Process payroll and statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension, NHF) Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, WHT, CIT); liaise with FIRS and state revenue authorities Track project budgets and expenditures; provide variance and cost analysis Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts Support financial documentation for partnerships and joint ventures Maintain organised physical and digital financial filing systems Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 2 years post-qualification accounting experience ICAN, ACCA membership, or progress is an advantage Real estate/construction/property development experience is a plus Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and reporting standards Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial models, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for workflow efficiency Familiarity with Google Workspace, OneDrive, or SharePoint Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
