The ideal candidate must have prior procurement experience: in a real estate or property development company and possess strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors. Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports. Obtain quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues promptly. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to avoid project delays. Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the finance team to meet project requirements. Requirements: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3–5 years' proven procurement experience: in a real estate or property development company. Proximity to the Island is mandatory Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement/ERP software. Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes. Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
