The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, driving sales and ensuring a premium shopping experience. We are seeking a confident, well-presented and customer-focused Boutique Sales Representative to join a luxury unisex fashion boutique. Key Responsibilities: Handle product enquiries, pricing and sales transactions accurately. Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checks and product displays. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable fashion products. Support the boutique’s social media activities and product promotion. Stay informed about available products, new arrivals and promotions. Promote and sell clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and other accessories. Keep the boutique clean, organised and visually appealing. Welcome and assist customers professionally. Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships. Represent the boutique professionally at all times. Follow up with customers where necessary and encourage repeat purchases. Required Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and sales ability. Social media knowledge and basic digital skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Good product presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Persuasive and confident personality. Good knowledge or interest in fashion and styling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
