The successful candidate will control access to the premises, monitor guest behavior, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with venue policies while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine security checks and monitor for suspicious activities. Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or other safety situations. Enforce venue rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures. De-escalate conflicts professionally and remove disruptive individuals when necessary. Control entry and exit of guests and verify eligibility for admission. Work closely with management and security personnel to ensure a safe environment. Prepare incident reports and document security-related events. Maintain order within the venue and respond promptly to disturbances. Requirements: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally. Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late nights. Previous experience: as a bouncer, security officer, or in a similar role is an advantage. Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Good grooming and professional appearance. Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods. Salary N1200,000 monthly.
