Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Oversee the smooth operation of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments. Maintain and enforce the highest standards of hospitality and service delivery. Financial & Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing, sales, and revenue optimization strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and occupancy reports to maximize profitability. Monitor budgets, operational costs, inventory, and procurement activities. Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports. Team Leadership & Human Resources: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of hotel staff. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate departmental coverage. Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Compliance, Safety & Facility Management: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and fire safety procedures.\ Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and property improvement projects. Maintain hotel security standards and ensure a safe environment for guests and employees. Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, travel agencies, and other business partners. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in hospitality management, business administration, tourism management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant hospitality certifications will be an added advantage. Proven experience as a hotel manager, operations manager, or similar hospitality leadership role. Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. High level of emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset Financial management and budgeting experience. Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
