We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Chief Security Officer Location: Aba, Abia Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer to lead the hotel's security programme and ensure the safety of guests, employees, property, and assets. Key Responsibilities: Maintain 24-hour security coverage across the property. Lead and manage the hotel's overall security operation. Ensure security staff maintain professional standards and proper conduct. Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and relevant security agencies. Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies. Conduct regular security briefings and training. Investigate incidents and prepare detailed security reports. Develop emergency response and evacuation procedures. Oversee CCTV and security monitoring systems. Monitor access control and visitor management. Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Officers, CCTV Operators, and screening personnel. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Coordinate security for guest areas, VIP suites, parking, rooftop bar, conference hall, and other facilities. Conduct regular security risk assessments. Requirements: Relevant security, military, police, or professional security training is an advantage. Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, emergency response, and incident investigation. Minimum 5 years' experience: in security operations, preferably with supervisory/management experience. Experience: in hotel, corporate, commercial, or high-profile security operations is an advantage. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
