The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily farm activities, optimizing poultry production, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in poultry management. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise in poultry farming, and strong people management skills. Feed mill experience: is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Farm Management: Oversee all poultry farming operations, including breeding, feeding, health management, and biosecurity protocols. Develop and implement production plans toptimize poultry growth rates and maximize output. Monitor and manage animal health, ensuring timely vaccination, medication, and disease control measures. Implement waste management strategies and maintain a clean and safe farm environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for animal welfare and environmental sustainability. People Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of farm workers and support staff. Develop and implement employee training programs timprove productivity and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety within the workforce. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback tteam members.
