Recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hirings, evaluations, or promotions. Maintain operations data, such as time records, production, expense and prepare production reports for the management. Ensure the production and logistics process remains smooth and efficient by monitoring operation workers and organizing work flow. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment of factory operatives. Orientation and training of new operatives. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals i.e meeting up daily targets in both conveyor and loading sections. Set standards and specified targets for new operatives Enforcement of Client/TDL rules and regulations Direct and coordinate the activities of operatives. Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked. Hourly report recording of work done. Taking daily records of total numbers of trucks/trailer loaded. Maintain the security of all information entrusted to you and all members of staff Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease potential injuries for employee on the job. [Adherence to the usage of P.P.E(s)] Proper documentation of operational activities i.e. (ensuring reconciliation of activities between Client and TDL). Other official tasks assigned Note: In the event of supervisory negligence/poor monitoring that affects the company (TDL), you shall bear the cost.
