Min Qualification: Diploma Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ibadan & Oyo State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, storage, and general farm maintenance. Supervise farm workers, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, pest and disease control, farm inputs, and overall productivity. Oversee the proper use and maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, tools, and infrastructure. Work closely with the Head of Farm Security to protect farm assets, workers, and produce. Develop production schedules, operational plans, and farm budgets. Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production, inventory, labour, and expenses. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve farm efficiency, productivity, and output. Requirements: A minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in farm management. Knowledge of modern farming practices, crop management, and pest and disease control. Experience: with farm equipment, machinery, and resource management.
