This role involves supervising guards, monitoring activities, responding to incidents, and enforcing security p Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of all security guards across assigned locations or shifts. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols. Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate guard coverage at all times. Monitor surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems. Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms; escalate issues as appropriate. Investigate security breaches, accidents, or unusual incidents and submit detailed reports. Train new security personnel on company policies, emergency procedures, and job expectations. Liaise with clients, management, law enforcement, or emergency responders when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, shift reports, and guard attendance. Ensure security personnel maintain proper discipline, grooming, and professional conduct. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in any field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Security certifications or training from recognized institutions (NSCDC, DSS, or private security training). Experience working in a facility management, corporate, or residential environment. Good understanding of security operations, surveillance techniques, and emergency response. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
