To oversee and manage the operational activities of the company’s oil waste management division, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, optimizing resource utilization, and driving efficiency in petroleum, industrial, medical, and domestic waste management services. Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Haulage: Oversee haulage operations, ensuring timely and safe transportation of waste and petroleum products. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor waste management projects, including petroleum product recovery, industrial waste disposal, and medical/domestic waste treatment. Marine Services: Coordinate marine waste management operations, including offshore waste collection and spill response. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of oil waste management projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian environmental laws, DPR (Department of Petroleum Resources) guidelines, and international best practices. Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective operations. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with oil & gas clients, government agencies, and stakeholders. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor operational staff, drivers, engineers, and marine crew to achieve performance targets.
