Key Responsibilities: Monitor field activities, performance and customer engagement. Support effective operational planning and execution across assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agents, communities and other stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. Lead field execution and ensure effective implementation of business development activities. Develop and implement strategies to increase transactions and business growth. Drive customer acquisition and farmer activation across assigned locations. Use market and field insights to inform business development decisions. Manage and support distributed field teams to achieve business objectives. Requirements: Strong communication and analytical skills. At least 3 years of experience: in field operations, agent network management, rural distribution, agri-finance, fintech or FMCG. Excellent operational planning and field execution abilities. Proven experience: managing distributed teams. Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Development Studies or a related field.
