As we continue on our strategic journey toward building a world-class institution serving as an ecosystem builder, thought leader, and development hub for young people, we are seeking a Learning, Innovation & Technology Coordinator to support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of learning, innovation, and technology initiatives aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals for 2026 and beyond. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented, with strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder engagement, and administrative skills, as well as a passion for leveraging technology and innovative approaches to strengthen learning and organisational effectiveness. The Learning, Innovation & Technology Coordinator will work closely with the Learning, Innovation & Technology team and other cross-functional teams to coordinate learning programmes, manage digital learning platforms, support innovation initiatives, monitor project implementation, and ensure the seamless execution of departmental activities that advance the organisation's strategic objectives. Core Duties and Responsibilities: E-Learning: Develop e-learning content, products, and service offerings around LEAP Africa's core themes to support the organization and departments in delivering and managing programmes; disseminate these through our e-learning and technology channels. Supportin managing the product development and learning management system for the organization. Develop the instructional design forthe organization’s digital courses. Actively engage and manage relationships with current and potential stakeholders/partners for the digital unit. Market and promote LEAP Africa’s digital courses, develop quality proposals for digital activities and initiatives; Identify and engage sponsors and technology partners to support the organization’s digital initiatives. Actively promote and measure the impact of eLearning by tracking key metrics regularly and preparing regular impact reports to all funders and stakeholders. Support in the planning, management, and delivery of digital programmes and projects in accordance with set timelines. Facilitate LEAP Africa training programmes with partners and beneficiaries across Nigeria and Africa. Use creativity and innovation to create and refine elearning’s training tools and assets. LEAP programmes. Research on, author, and edit LEAP Africa digital-related materials and articles and editorials. Reportto and work closely with the supervisor to fulfill all your job tasks and deliverables. IT: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues promptly. Provide first-line technical support for staff, resolving hardware/software issues. Coordinate IT projects, initiatives, and implementations from planning and requirements: gathering to execution, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Maintain IT helpdesk/ticketing recordsto ensure timely supportresolution. Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard the organization's IT assets, data, and information systems. Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities. Track and maintain records of IT assets,software licenses, and subscriptions. Liaise with IT vendors,suppliers, and service providers forsolutions and support. Ensure website security measures are up to date to prevent downtime or threats. Engage in other tasks that may emerge as a result of the organization's growth and as assigned by your supervisor(s). Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Learning & Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience: in learning and development, educational technology, digital learning, project coordination, innovation, knowledge management, or a related role. Demonstrated experience: coordinating learning programmes, managing projects, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver organisational objectives. Strong organisational, planning, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, collaboration tools, and emerging learning technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, data analysis tools, and other relevant digital productivity applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and enhance learning effectiveness. Experience: coordinating workshops, training programmes, webinars, innovation initiatives, and organisational knowledge-sharing activities, including monitoring and reporting on programme outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
