The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock reconciliations, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across the business. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess hands-on experience: using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations. Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory. Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly. Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking. Generate inventory reports using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements. Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies. Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience: as an Inventory Officer. Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Proficiency in RetailMan software is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment. Willingness to reside in the company\\\'s shared staff accommodation.
