We are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars. Create engaging reels, videos, photographs, graphics, captions, and stories. Capture high-quality apartment, lifestyle, guest experience, and wellness content. Manage the company's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other approved social media platforms. Respond professionally to comments, messages, and audience enquiries. Forward booking enquiries to the Booking Officer. Promote apartments, wellness experiences, events, and special offers. Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and content creators. Maintain an organised content library. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. Ensure all content reflects the company's premium urban wellness brand. Requirements: Degree, HND qualification, or a strong professional portfolio in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience: managing social media for a brand or business. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
