Key Responsibilities Cross-Cultural Liaison: Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks by ensuring clear cross-cultural communication. Documentation: Handle daily production reports, emails, and correspondence in both Chinese and English. Operational Support: Translate technical production manuals, safety guidelines to local employees, and daily shift targets. Translate, Office Assistant, and Communicate: Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between Chinese management and local staff/workers. Requirements Availability: Ready to work full-time on-site within the Free Trade Zone environment.
