Read more about this company Partner Activation / Customer Acquisition Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Job Summary We are recruiting Partner Activation/Customer Acquisition Representatives to onboard individuals, businesses, groups, collectors, and agents into the TranSave Partner Network accross Nigeria. This is a field-based, target-driven role ideal for candidates who are confident engaging business owners and thrift collectors, and who can complete on-site registrations and activations. Key Responsibilties Visit assigned markets, commercial areas, and thrift collection routes daily Identify and engage prospective customers and partners: shop owners, market traders, daily thrift/ajo collectors, and agents Present and pitch the TranSave Partner Programme and its financial products Demonstrate the TranSave app and assist partners with registration and onboarding Educate partners on how to use TranSave's credit, savings and collection tools Meet daily activation targets Submit daily field reports and attend team debriefs Requirements Experience in sales, marketing, or customer/agent acquisition Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident engaging business owners, collectors, and agents Comfortable using smartphone apps Self-driven and target-oriented Good knowledge of Nigerianmarkets and informal commercial/thrift networks Must own a smartphone Proven experience in Credit and Loan Sales to SMEs and petty traders is a plus (this roles is strictly for candidates who can originate business immediately and manage clients relationships effectively).
