What You’ll Be Doing Partner with teams across finance and the wider business to understand results, challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives. Deliver meaningful financial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify trends and make better business decisions. Develop financial models and analysis that provide valuable insight into revenue, costs, margins and profitability trends. Create clear, accurate and timely reporting that brings key financial metrics and performance drivers to life. Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting reporting process improvements and automation initiatives. Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across Africa, helping the business stay focused on its growth ambitions. What You’ll Bring Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial performance to a range of stakeholders. Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capabilities. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, alongside an ACA qualification. A curious, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience: using ERP systems such as SAP. Experience: in finance, accounting, FP&A or business analysis. Confidence working with large data sets and transforming information into meaningful insights.
