Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to customers professionally and courteously. Receive and manage customer orders, enquiries, and requests. Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media enquiries, and other customer communications. Provide accurate information on products, prices, availability, and order timelines. Coordinate customer orders with the baking/production team. Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information. Assist with basic administrative and front-desk duties.
