Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues. Test equipment to ensure proper connectivity. Maintain accurate records of completed installations and assigned jobs. Configure routers and other basic networking devices. Install and set up internet equipment at customer locations. Carry out basic maintenance and provide technical support when required.
