We are scaling our Offline Lending business in Nigeria and looking for a Product Manager to own the product end-to-end – from acquisition and loan origination to repayment, collections, and portfolio performance. We are looking for a hands-on product leader with strong experience: in the Nigerian lending market, who understands offline / branch / field-based lending and can drive both portfolio growth and sustainable profitability. We expect the first tangible outcomes within 6–8 weeks. What You’ll Do Own the Offline Lending product lifecycle end-to-end. Optimize loan products, eligibility, pricing, limits, tenor, and approval processes. Improve customer acquisition through branches, field teams, agents, and other offline channels. Drive portfolio growth while maintaining healthy PAR, NPL, default, and profitability metrics. Work with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams. Use data to improve approval rates, turnaround time, repayment, repeat lending, and unit economics. Identify opportunities to scale the lending portfolio across Nigeria. Requirements: 4–7 years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience. Strong experience: in lending products in Nigeria. Hands-on experience: with offline / branch-led / field-based lending. Strong understanding of credit assessment, underwriting, loan origination, repayment, and collections. Experience: with portfolio management and lending metrics such as PAR, NPL, default, yield, and loss rates. Experience: in fintech, MFB, banking, consumer finance, or digital lending. Strong commercial and data-driven mindset. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, and Engineering. Strong stakeholder management and execution skills. Fluent English. Strong plus: experience: with SME, merchant, working capital, or repeat lending products.
