Key Responsibilities: Monitor food, production, and operational costs to ensure cost efficiency. Prepare standard costing and conduct periodic product re-costing. Analyze production variances, wastage, and yield performance. Reconcile inventory records and investigate stock variances. Prepare and present cost reports to support management decision-making. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities. Review vendor pricing and evaluate cost implications. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost records within the ERP system. Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives. Support month-end and year-end cost accounting and reporting processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is an added advantage.
