Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior design solutions. Present products and explain features, materials, finishes, and customization options. Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process. Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first enquiry through project completion. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build relationships with homeowners, corporate clients, architects, designers, developers, hotels, and real estate professionals. Conduct field visits, networking activities, and client presentations. Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently. Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets. Requirements: Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client-facing roles. Experience in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, or luxury retail is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, confident, and results-oriented mindset. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to travel within Lagos for client meetings and business development activities. Remuneration: NGN 100,000.
