Role Description The Business Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja. This role oversees the daily operational activities of the hospital, ensuring that clinical and administrative processes run efficiently and align with organizational goals. Responsibilities: include managing business operations workflows, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing resource utilization across departments. The Business Operations Manager will support budgeting and financial planning, contribute to program development and implementation, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory standards. The role also involves identifying process improvements, managing operational risks, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience: and overall hospital performance. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in business operations and operations management for healthcare or similar service-oriented environments. Strong analytical skills with experience: in using data to assess performance, drive decisions, and improve processes. Proficiency in program management, including planning, executing, and monitoring operational projects and initiatives. Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and cost control within a business or hospital setting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
