Role Summary The HR Manager will be responsible for leading both the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives across the organisation.
