The role oversees business growth initiatives, retail operations, financial performance, partnerships, and team leadership to ensure profitability, efficiency, and alignment with the school’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Development Develop and implement annual business plans for the school’s enterprise unit. Identify new income-generating opportunities within the school community. Introduce new products and services based on parents’ and students’ needs. Retail & Operational Oversight Oversee daily retail operations (uniforms, books, supplies, etc.). Ensure effective inventory management and prevent stock losses or shortages. Supervise retail systems, stock records, and sales reporting. Coordinate suppliers and logistics to ensure efficient service delivery. Financial Management Approve pricing recommendations in line with approval processes. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans. Market, Partnerships & Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, vendors, and service providers.
