We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Spanish and Portuguese Language) Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Contract Language Proficiency: Spanish and Portuguese Key Responsibilities: Participate in required training and coaching sessions. Achieve assigned call centre KPIs, including service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes. Communicate fluently with customers in the selected language Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly. Resolve customer issues or escalate complex matters appropriately. Follow approved call scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
