We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Digital Marketer Location: Lagos Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketer to drive online sales, generate quality leads, and increase brand visibility through strategic digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience: in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while leveraging multiple digital channels to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness,and sales. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns. Work with the content team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports. Identify new digital marketing opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum return on investment (ROI). Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) where applicable. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research. Requirements: Experience: with Google Ads and Google Analytics is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing. Proven experience: in digital marketing with a strong understanding of paid advertising. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience: with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Education: & Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience: in digital marketing and paid advertising. Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Work Schedule: Fully Onsite. Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Other Requirements: A portfolio or evidence of successful digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
