We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Social Media Manager Job Location: Ikeja,Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Pioneer Food Zone Company is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to build our online presence, increase product visibility, engage our target audience, and support business growth through digital and offline marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content including videos, reels, graphics, product campaigns and promotional materials. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta and other relevant advertising platforms. Identify and manage influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors for product promotion. Plan and coordinate local advertising, road/outdoor advertising, bus advertising, banners, flyers and product activations. Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, product visibility, customer engagement and sales. Conduct market and competitor research and identify new opportunities to reach consumers. Work closely with the Sales team to support product distribution and market penetration. Monitor and report campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads and marketing ROI. Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s identity. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field. 3 – 6 years of proven experience: in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing or FMCG Marketing. Demonstrable experience: in digital advertising, influencer marketing and content creation. Experience: with local advertising, road/outdoor advertising, bus advertising, activations and promotional campaigns. Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour. Excellent communication, creativity, copywriting and storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite and other social media/digital marketing platforms. Strong analytical, organisational and campaign management skills. Portfolio or evidence of previous campaigns and results is an advantage. What We Expect The successful candidate must be able to build our online presence, grow product awareness, create strong market visibility and develop marketing campaigns that contribute to measurable business results.
