The successful candidate will provide day-to-day assistance, companionship, personal support, and help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. We are seeking a compassionate, patient, responsible, and professionally trained Special Needs Care Assistant to provide dedicated live-in care and support to an individual with special needs. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Work respectfully with family members and other professionals involved in the individual's care. Support routines, mobility, meals, and other day-to-day needs. Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required. Provide compassionate daily care and support. Monitor and report changes in behaviour, health, or general wellbeing. Follow care instructions and established routines. Requirements: Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity and privacy of the individual. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as a live-in caregiver. Basic first-aid or healthcare training will be an advantage. Previous experience: caring for a person with special needs is highly desirable.
