This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a related field who is passionate about building digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Product Planning & Delivery: Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap in alignment with business goals. Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Prioritise and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with developers and designers to ensure timely delivery of product features. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and product priorities. Act as the bridge between business teams and the development team, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated. Provide regular updates on product progress, timelines, and deliverables. Gather and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into product improvements. Customer & Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities. Analyse customer feedback and product usage data to recommend enhancements. Participate in user testing and product validation activities. Champion the customer experience by ensuring product decisions are user-focused. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement; Monitor product performance and key metrics. Identify opportunities to improve product functionality and user experience. Track product issues and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Recommend new features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business needs. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, release notes, and feature documentation. Prepare reports on product progress, milestones, and performance. Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and up to date. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role. Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to write user stories and define product requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills. Close attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar product management tools is an advantage.
