We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Field Sales Agent Locations: Onipanu - Lagos, and Rivers Employment Type: Contract Summary The role involves regular field visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Field Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales and customer acquisition through direct engagement with healthcare facilities within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities to generate sales. Record field visits, leads, and sales activities on the Company's designated platform. Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant insights. Work with Operations and other teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfilment. Provide regular updates and reports to the Line Manager. Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Line Manager. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promote the Company's products and services and respond to customer needs. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support customer payment follow-up where required. Identify and convert new business opportunities. Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and customer requests. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience: in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Comfortable working extensively in the field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to use smartphones and digital tools for sales reporting.
