The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing environment, particularly with a large casual workforce, and be available to resume immediately. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes. Supervise employee attendance, absenteeism, leave administration, and disciplinary procedures. Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and welfare matters. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory regulations. Oversee performance management, staff appraisals, and training initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and management reports. Liaise with government agencies and other regulatory bodies on HR-related matters. Drive employee engagement, productivity, and organizational culture. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Ensure proper administration of casual and permanent employees. Lead HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in a manufacturing company is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to manage a diverse workforce effectively. Must be available for immediate resumption.
