The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting property presentations, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance the company's brand and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information on available properties. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients. Promote and market the company's real estate products and services. Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other marketing documents. Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales. Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, site inspections, and marketing events. Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to successful closure. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated. Timely follow-up on enquiries. Lead-to-sale conversion rate. Monthly and annual sales targets achieved. Customer satisfaction and retention. Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports. Qualifications Experience: using CRM software is an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience: in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good presentation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
