Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. Prepare employment letters, HR documents, reports, and other official correspondence. Monitor staff attendance, leave, lateness, and other employee-related records. Assist with payroll preparation and provide relevant employee information when required. Support employee onboarding, orientation, training, and exit processes. Handle staff inquiries and assist with HR policies and administrative matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labour regulations. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and general administrative activities.
