We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Procurement Officer Locations: Ijora, and Lekki Phase 1 - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Review, negotiate, and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided. Liaise with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the restaurant and compare proposals for price and specifications. Ensure all products ordered are received, accounted for, and processed, both physically and on internal systems, to ensure the best due process. Secure products and services at the best possible price without compromising on quality or service. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers. Assist the kitchen staff to optimize the cost of raw materials and control costs by researching products and collaborating with internal and external teams to source the best products and follow best practices. Requirements: Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with strong negotiation skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. MS Office proficiency and knowledge of any ERP software are added advantages. A minimum of OND in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply / Accounting / Hospitality Management / or related field. In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms. Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset. At least 1 year of experience: as a Procurement Officer in the food and beverage, culinary, or related area is a must. Outstanding numerical skills and the ability to pay attention to details. Ability to communicate effectively to ensure transparency on all matters. Net Salary and Benefit HMO.
